The project will offer participants from the selected schools the opportunity to learn and perform a work created by an internationally recognized choreographer, a unique educational experience, shared with young dancers from all over the world.

On this occasion the chosen ones will work on an original piece by the Spanish creator Goyo Montero.
The workshop is carried out in parallel to the development of the Prix de Lausanne competition, although it is not part of the competition.

Montero's choreography will be presented to the public that attends the final days of the contest.
Aniel Pazos Ferrera was born in Havana and is a graduate of the "Alejo Carpentier" Provincial Dance School. This year he concludes his studies at the academy directed by the first dancer Carlos Acosta. He is the fourth young person from this educational center to participate in the Swiss contest. In 2020, students Chay Deivis and Amisaday Naara joined the Choreographic Project, while Leandro Fernández faced the competition in which he reached the semifinalist position.

One of the historical milestones of the Prix de Lausanne competition was the gold medal obtained by Carlos Acosta in 1990, an event that marked the beginning of the international career of the Cuban dancer.
