Performance

“This work focuses on the complexities of performance. The dancers emotionally weave in and out what is reality and what is a show. The fourth wall is broken as we see the “performers” generate more and more adrenaline & exhaustion. As a creator I’m intrigued by how much I can indulge in fiction without losing authenticity. Without explicit detail, we see bodies in space that groove, and then are stripped of rhythm. A rhythm that has no boundary and is full of direct focus towards the audience, illustrating that it is all for them.”
